Dans ce cas il vous faut imp\u00e9rativement vous pr\u00e9senter SPONTANEMENT au contr\u00f4leur avant toute op\u00e9ration de contr\u00f4le, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire d\u00e8s votre mont\u00e9e dans le train. Vous pouvez en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral l&rsquo;apercevoir sur le quai. Dans ce cas, le contr\u00f4leur doit vous vendre un billet au tarif GUICHET, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire sans majoration, et en prenant en compte vos \u00e9ventuelles r\u00e9ductions. Ceci est une exception dans quelques gares qui ne disposent pas de guichet automatique, dont Tenay.<br \/>Malheureusement, nous avons constat\u00e9 que cette exception n&rsquo;est parfois (souvent?) pas appliqu\u00e9e par le contr\u00f4leur qui pratique un tarif major\u00e9. Si vous vous retrouvez dans cette situation, nous vous invitons \u00e0 lui rappeler cette exception via une photo de l&rsquo;affiche ci-dessous, expos\u00e9e en gare de Tenay, c\u00f4t\u00e9 quai voie A.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si malgr\u00e9 tout, le contr\u00f4leur applique un tarif major\u00e9, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire une r\u00e9clamation aupr\u00e8s de la SNCF pour obtenir un remboursement.
